What is your minimum order?
No minimum order here! We want to help brands rock custom apparel no matter their size. We do offer discounts as your order gets bigger though 🙌 Buying just 5 of the same item can save you up to 30%!

Can you match my brand colours?
If you're looking for a certain top or bag colour that is not listed then just get in touch! Email us at info@rockmybrand.co.uk with the colour and product that you are looking for and Chloe will help find you the closest match.
If you'd like the design to match your exact brand colours, we can offer direct to film printing where this is possible. There is a minimum of 6 tops with these types of orders though. Just get in touch and we'll arrange this for you!
Do I have to pay for digitisation?
No! We offer free digitisation and postage on all of our products. We do offer just digitisation by itself though if this is something you need for another area of your brand. You can find that listing here!
How long is your processing time?
Processing time depends on order size and complexity. On average, please leave 10 days processing time plus postage. For orders of 20 items or over please allow 14 days.
Can you ship my apparel to separate addresses?
Yes, we can ship straight to your employees/customers/colleges if you need! Just let us now in the notes box at the checkout that this is something you would like. You will however, be invoiced a delivery charge to cover this. After purchase, email us at info@rockmybrand.co.uk with all the info/shipping addresses we'll need.
How much does shipping cost?
Not a single thing! We only charge delivery if you want express shipping or postage to individual delivery as stated above - obvs!
